We are a busy office with two doctors and three hygienists.
While our patients' care is our number one priority, we also like to have fun and enjoy our work days! The perfect candidate would be outgoing and friendly with patients and staff, you will be the first face patients see when they come into the office! Our new team member would also need to be punctual, be able to pay close attention to detail, a hard worker and a team player.
Experience with Dentrix and basic dental terminology is required.
Job duties would include:
Greeting patients when they come in the door and notating their arrival on the computer Checking in/out patients Answer phones Checking and returning voicemails Verify Insurance Schedule appointments Presenting treatment plans and explaining insurance estimates and more.
Our office hours are Mon, Tue and Wed 7:
00-4:
00pm, and Thurs 7:
00-3:
00pm, with occasional Fridays.
Staff is required to arrive 15 minutes prior to the first patient of the day.
