This position will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and assisting with the development of a customer focused experience.
The Help Desk Analyst will be responsible for assisting customers with all aspects of their hardware and software needs.
Qualifications Strong customer service skills are a must; previous customer service experience is a plus Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external customers; ability to read and write English is required Must be able to follow instructions and provide clear responses Must have the ability to learn new software and programs quickly Must have the ability to multi-task and prioritize duties Must have the ability to work independently with little supervision Must have the ability to follow all company policies and procedures Must have the ability to work on weekends periodically when emergency issues arise Willingness to learn new technologies, processes, and procedures as needed for success in this role 25-30 hours a week with potential to move to full-time.
This position is ideal for someone still in school seeking a paid internship.
